Did you know that one ounce of bacon contains 8.4 grams of fat and 30 milligrams of CHOLESTEROL? The bad news don’t stop there. Research shows that eating a lot bacon can lead to a higher risk of heart disease and stroke. It’s not over yet. For a healthy person, eating bacon every day will raise their overall risk of colon cancer from approximately 5% to around 6%. that may not sound like very much but with billions of people consuming bacon in this theory once a day in that’s a lot of deaths and think of if you eat bacon once every three days that’s still a lot of deaths.
